`Hydra SD`- Security Steel Hinged Door

Specification :-

• `Hydra SD1` Single / Double Leaf Door, low security risk.
• `Hydra SD2` Single / Double Leaf Door, medium security risk.
• `Hydra SD3` Single / Double Leaf Door, medium to high security risk.
• `Hydra SD4` Single / Double Leaf Door, high security risk.

These doors are designed to withstand attacks using simple hand tools through to prolonged attacks with a range of power tools in accordance with the standards of LPS 1175

Hydra SD1

The `SD1` doors are suitable for medium risk applications and resist professional attack with a variety of hand tools for up to 5 minutes.

Each door is constructed from corrosion resistant `Galvaneal` sheets and are manufactured using a weld free technique, the attack resistant leaf consisting of two 1.5mm thick steel skins fabricated into a door blade. The overall door blade is 44mm thick, in-filled with small cell honeycomb core material.

3No specially modified stainless steel dog bolt hinges are used for additional security, even if the hinges are physically attacked the dog bolts prevent the door being removed from the opening. To prevent the door leaf being jemmied open they are supplied with an integral astragal.

Adjustable fixing feet allow standard width doors to be used in non-standard width openings when used in conjunction with our variable sub frame system. Variable sub-frame is used to minimise and neaten the mastic gap around the doors. The sub-frame also protects the fixing points from attack.

Hydra SD2

The `SD2` doors are suitable for medium risk applications and resist professional attack with a variety of hand tools for up to 15 minutes.

Each door is constructed from corrosion resistant `Galvaneal` sheets and are manufactured using a weld free technique, the attack resistant leaf consisting of two 2.0mm thick steel skins fabricated into a door blade. The overall door blade is 44mm thick, in-filled with small cell honeycomb core material.

Factory applied primer finish, or optional polyester powder coat finish can be used to colour our door sets to fit in with your design criteria.

We can use a Nemef 3 point sashlock on personnel access doors and Surelock McGill or Exidor high security panic furniture for means of escape applications.

The overall door blade is 44mm thick, in-filled with medium density mineral wool and internal steel stiffeners.

Factory applied primer finish, or optional polyester powder coat finish can be used to colour our door sets to fit in with your design criteria.

We can use High Security triple point ASSA locks with security cylinders and anti-attack shrouds or high security multipoint panic furniture from Surelock McGill or Exidor

Factory applied primer finish, or optional polyester powder coat finish can be used to colour our door sets to fit in with your design criteria.

We can use High Security triple point ASSA locks with security cylinders and anti-attack shrouds or high security multipoint panic furniture from Surelock McGill or Exidor.
