Specification:-
The shutter curtain is constructed from a choice of materials including solid galvanised steel laths, solid aluminium laths, punched laths, perforated laths, galvanised tubes and links and nylon links. The shutter curtain runs in galvanised steel or aluminium side channels, mounted on support angles, which are bolted to the structure. The curtain weight is counter balanced by helical wound springs fitted inside a suitable tube barrel assembly. The barrel assembly is supported between galvanised steel endplates. Self-coiling shutters are fitted with two guide locks or single espagnolette lock.
Operation:-
Manual self-coiling operation is by means of push up / pull down.
Electrical operation is by means of high quality single phase tubular motor and gearbox mounted within the barrel assembly. Activation by means of a security key switch or paddle switch.
Application:-
Each door is purpose-made to suit site dimensions and requirements and is suitable for all types of use where a high degree of protection is required including shop fronts, office doors, windows, counters and bars.
