Rubber / PVC Crash Doors.
Specification: -
Door Frame manufactured from 63mm o/d mild steel tube to British Standard, welded to a mild steel flat, and suitably strengthened by a corner box section. The frame to be complete with double acting spring mechanisms located at the top of the vertical tube section. The frame pivots on fitting plates, which, unless otherwise instructed, will be provided for securing directly to the underside of the lintel and to the floor. The main frame is generally finished in two coats of etch primer paint.
Door Panels comprising nominal 8mm thick reinforced rubber across the lower section, and nominal 10mm thick all clear high grade PVC across the upper section. The joint between the two materials being affected by means of overlapping rubber wear strips. The panels are complete with a tapered overlap.
Can be supplied fully automatic with our pneumatic drive system.
Each door is purpose-made to suit site dimensions and requirements and is suitable for all types of use.
