High Speed Flexible Fold-Up Door.
Specification: -
The frame consists of a hollow U-shaped horizontal beam that envelopes the mechanism, and two U-shaped support posts all manufactured from galvanised steel.
The curtain is constructed from a multi-layer, UV-protected, highly durable, wear resistant, “rip stop” PVC fabric, which creates an efficient insulating barrier. The curtain is supported from a drum housed in the horizontal beam. The door curtain runs within the two support posts to give good airtight sealing.
Each door is supplied with a safety photo-cell at low level and a wireless safety edge (to prevent the door from closing onto an obstruction). The control panel has an LCD, control buttons and emergency stop. It is constructed from nickel chromium plated stainless steel and contains a variable speed driver allowing speed adjustment between 0.3m/sec and 1.2m/sec.
Operation: -
Electrical operation is by means of high quality three phase motor and gearbox, incorporating integral limits and safety brake. All controls are low voltage and have open, close and emergency stop buttons as standard.

Client to provide a low level 3 phase, Neutral & Earth Isolator (20 amp) positioned within one metre of final control panel location.

0.3m/sec to 1.5m/sec.
