High Speed Flexible Roll-Up Door.

Specification: -

The door guides are constructed from specially extruded aluminium sections with nylon wear strips. The curtain is constructed from a multi-layer, UV-protected, highly durable, wear resistant, “rip stop” PVC fabric, which creates an efficient insulating barrier.

The curtain is supported from an aluminium drum supported between galvanised steel endplates, running in high quality self aligning bearings. The door curtain runs within the two guides to give good airtight sealing. Wind anchors are fixed to the curtain that run inside the door guides.

Each door is supplied with a safety photo-cell at low level and a wireless safety edge (to prevent the door from closing onto an obstruction). The control panel has an LCD, control buttons and emergency stop. It is constructed from nickel chromium plated stainless steel and contains a variable speed driver allowing speed adjustment between 0.3m/sec and 1.5m/sec.

Operation: -

Electrical operation is by means of high quality three phase motor and gearbox, incorporating integral limits and safety brake. All controls are low voltage and have open, close and emergency stop buttons as standard.

Client to provide a low level 3 phase, Neutral & Earth Isolator (20 amp) positioned within one metre of final control panel location.
