Insulated Sectional Garage Door.
Specification: -
The 40mm thick ‘Georgian Style´ wood grain door panels are constructed from galvanised steel sheets bonded together with CFC free polyurethane foam.
Thermal `U` values are:-
- Individual Solid panels 0.6W/m²k
- Full Solid door 0.9W/m²k
- Full door with windows OR pass door 1.0W/m²k
- Full door with windows AND pass door 1.1W/m²k
Each panel is constructed to give finger pinch protection. Vertical and horizontal tracks, hinges brackets, capping and hardware are galvanised, with the assembled door running on adjustable galvanised roller carriers bolted to each individual panel. The door is perfectly balanced by means of helical springs at high level, mounted on galvanised steel plates and quality bearings to give a smooth and quiet operation. Rubber seals are fitted to the top, bottom and both sides of the door to give an all-round perimeter seal when closed.
Operation: -
Manual operation is by means of push up / pull down. All manually operated doors are fitted with a recessed lifting handle.
Electrical operation is by means of a 240 volt, single-phase ‘domestic type´ operator. Activation is by an internal bell push switch and radio remote control, inclusive of two key-fob transmitters.
